Requirements
• Professional experience as a software developer, with strong backend fundamentals and an interest in working across the stack • Experience building and maintaining production systems, with an emphasis on writing readable, well-tested, and maintainable code • Comfort working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers • Experience contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and incremental improvements to systems and processes • Curiosity and openness to learning new domains, tools, and approaches, including event-driven architecture and AI-assisted development • If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Own the third-party integrations that power claim submission, eligibility checks, and claim processing systems. • Drive adoption in the US market by delivering highly technical insurance and billing solutions to increase product usage and customer value. • Contribute to long-term decoupling initiatives by writing clean, maintainable code for modernizing our codebase over time. • Participate in fast-paced AI experimentation to validate ideas quickly and turn promising concepts into beta-ready features. • Strengthen how insurance teams work together by sharing insights, spotting gaps, and championing improvements across teams. • Deliver value consistently within two-week sprints while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability.

It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence. • Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $116,900. A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills.
