Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead a high caliber team of implementation professionals for overall project management and relationship management with SmithRx customers. • Provide strategic leadership to the Implementation team by assigning new group implementations and go live audits. • Oversee multiple implementation projects, potentially leading the largest or most complex client implementations directly. • Ensure that all implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. • Channel partner implementations as necessary for SmithRx's clients to achieve their business goals with our solution.
