We're looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and high-performing teams where people can be inspired to do their best work. • Passionate about product-led growth and collaborating with design, product, and data partners to build thoughtful and seamless user experiences to help clients along their journey to consolidate with Wealthsimple. • Comfortable operating across the technology stack, with particular expertise in back-end systems. • Prior experience driving or supporting the architectural vision for large-scale back-end systems. • Embraces experiments and rapid prototyping as part of the product roll-out process - we learn through real usage of our products (both by internal stakeholders and our clients), and aim to keep a tight feedback loop as we build. • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React / React Native, TypeScript is a plus • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
