Requirements
• At least two years of experience in technical leadership role with people management responsibilities. Preferably gained in a fast-moving startup environment. • Hands-on knowledge from one of the following domains: SRE, DevOps, Platform, Data, or Software Engineering. • Deep experience in cloud engineering on AWS, working with infrastructure as code, cloud-native patterns, and containerized systems. Experience building or leading large-scale distributed services is a plus. Strong grasp of security, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency in modern cloud environments required. • Clear communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration across teams. Inclusive leader creating an environment where engineers from diverse backgrounds can thrive encouraged but not mandatory. • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) or experience operating in a regulated environment is nice to have but not required.
Responsibilities
