Responsibilities
• Serve as a supporting point of contact during onboarding to ensure clear communication with customers at every stage. • Participate in kickoff and working sessions alongside the Implementation Manager for customer interactions. • Document action items, follow-ups, and deliverables clearly and accurately within project documentation. • Answer tactical questions from customers regarding implementation processes or escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. • Conduct detailed quality assurance checks on all relevant documents such as contract files, claims data, ensuring they meet the required standards before proceeds further in the process. • Support accurate and timely upload of customer data into Turquoise systems while validating file structures, formats, and metadata to prevent issues during implementation processes. • Maintain organized versioning and documentation throughout onboarding for reference and clarity within project teams. • Utilize strong project management skills in tracking the progress of tasks against timelines set by Implementation Managers; proactively address challenges that arise, ensuring smooth workflows are maintained. • Assist with managing deliverables using customer experience software to ensure onboarding projects proceed without hitches and within agreed scopes. • Refine and update internal implementation documents, templates, and playbooks as processes evolve or when new information becomes available for better alignment across teams involved in the process. • Identify risks early by observing project progress closely; surface these to Implementation Managers promptly so that they can be addressed before becoming blockers. • Support cross-functional communication between Customer Success, Product Sales, Engineering and other departments as needed for troubleshooting onboarding issues or understanding product workflows better.
