Requirements

• Experience with AI, LLMs, and pipelines of any kind. • Experience working at rapidly scaling companies. • Experience with our tech stack (Node, Typescript, React, AWS, MySQL). • Experience in a fast-moving startup with evolving processes and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build core user-facing features (APIs and frontend). • Build and scale backend systems and pipelines that generate, store, and serve AI-powered learning formats. • Own features end-to-end. • Work with the team to translate ideas, prototypes, and insights into production-ready experiences. • Work with the team to design key onboarding flows, activation moments, and free-to-paid conversion pathways. • Write clean, reliable, maintainable code (while still shipping quickly). • Improve performance, reliability, and stability as usage grows. • Help shape our engineering culture, technical standards, and best practices. • Jump into new challenges with energy, curiosity, and flexibility — startup-style. • You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have… (Must Haves) • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer. • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into simple, shippable steps. • Curiosity and willingness to dive into unfamiliar tech or product areas as needed. • A love for learning new things. • Comfort in a fast-moving startup with evolving processes and plenty of ambiguity.
