Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, executive support, or marketing operations • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Track record of coordinating across busy stakeholders who don't report to you • Strong written communication skills—you'll represent AR to analysts and executives • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail • Self-directed and proactive; you see what needs doing and do it without being asked • Proficient in: Google Workspace, Slack, Excel/Sheets, calendar management • Comfortable working across timezones (US and EMEA) • Experience in analyst relations, PR, communications, or agency work • B2B SaaS or enterprise software background • Familiarity with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters) • Procurement, finance, or enterprise software domain knowledge • Experience with using AI tools intelligently on sensitive tasks • The hourly range for this role is $38-$48. Responsibilities
• Zip is looking for an analyst relation (AR) Program Coordinator to join as a contractor supporting our analyst relations function. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our AR program, coordinating analyst engagements, managing internal stakeholders, tracking projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • This role is about systems and stakeholder coordination. You'll make it possible for Zip to scale its AR program to new coverage areas and firms by handling the coordination, logistics, and program management that keeps the AR engine running. • Maintain AR operations: update relationship trackers, interaction logs, and program metrics • Schedule analyst interactions end-to-end: coordinate attendees, send invites, confirm logistics across timezones • Track project timelines for white papers, quadrants, RFIs, and briefings • Wrangle GMs, PMs, and PMMs to participate in analyst briefings and inquiries • Own the prep process: ensure the right people have the right materials at the right time • Monitor analyst firm portals (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) for deadlines, new research, and inquiry opportunities • Research and profile new analysts for relationship expansion • Track competitor mentions in analyst content and flag relevant intel
