Sr. Web Developer

• To design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js etc., ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes. • To implement robust back-end services utilizing Node.js or Python frameworks like Django/Django REST framework to handle server requests efficiently while maintaining high performance standards for the web applications developed. • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and product managers, ensuring that all aspects of a project align with company goals and user needs through regular communication and feedback sessions. • To conduct thorough testing on both frontend and backend components to identify bugs or performance issues early in the development cycle using automated tools like Selenium/Cypress for web applications and Jest/Mocha for back-end services, ensuring high code quality standards are met consistently. • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to frontend and backend development such as WebSockets, GraphQL, or serverless architectures like AWS Lambda while staying abreast with best practices in software design patterns for efficient application performance optimization. • To manage the deployment process using continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI to automate testing and deployments of web applications across different environments ensuring smooth transitions between development, staging, and production stages without manual intervention whenever possible. • To troubleshoot issues encountered during the deployment process or while using third-party APIs by analyzing error logs and system behavior patterns in real time to identify root causes quickly with minimal downtime for end users of web applications developed under this role's responsibilities, ensuring high availability standards are met consistently. • To provide technical support as needed through email or chat channels during business hours while maintaining a professional and courteous tone in all communications to ensure user satisfaction with the company’s products/services is maintained at an optimal level throughout their experience using web applications developed under this role's responsibilities, ensuring high customer retention rates are achieved consistently. • To participate actively in team meetings and standup sessions as needed while maintaining a collaborative mindset to ensure all aspects of projects align with company goals and user needs through regular communication and feedback sessions among cross-functional teams working on web applications developed under this role's responsibilities, ensuring high project alignment standards are met consistently. • To contribute actively in code reviews as needed while maintaining a constructive mindset to ensure all aspects of projects align with company goals and user needs through regular communication and feedback sessions among cross-functional teams working on web applications developed under this role's responsibilities, ensuring high project alignment standards are met consistently
