Requirements
• "Platform Engineering" mindset • Knowledge of Kotlin & Compose • A willingness to work on build tooling • Gradle experience and knowledge is a plus • Pragmatism - simplicity, efficiency, and performance • The desire for quality and testing • A willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks • Good communication in English • At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Responsibilities
• Work on systems that other engineers build on top of every day. • Core services, shared libraries, infrastructure, and developer tooling need to be reliable, scalable, and quietly dependable. • Participate in a small cross functional team responsible for supporting platform engineering projects for the rest of the business. • Help ideate new features, improve processes, and significantly affect end user’s experience.
