Requirements

Responsibilities
• Customize our product on client websites using CSS skills for visual appeal and user friendliness. • Enhance functionality by adding custom features with JavaScript and HTML expertise. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions, including configuring database and CRM integrations for efficient data flow. • Adjust in-house tools according to client requirements to ensure smooth operation of our product on their sites. • Use REST APIs to connect our product with other services, expanding its capabilities. • Process raw data using Python, SQL, and JavaScript into clear and insightful presentations for clients. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while delivering excellent results within deadlines. • Oversee support tickets in Zendesk to provide quick solutions to client issues.
