Olo - Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain a full stack of web applications using C#/.Net for backend services and React for frontend development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, implement features, test functionality, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, ensure security compliance, and deploy updates across multiple environments (development, testing, staging, production). • Write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices for software development. Use version control systems effectively to manage changes in the project's source code repository. Conduct regular code reviews with peers to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship as needed within your team or organization, including leading training sessions on new technologies when appropriate. • Monitor application performance using tools like New Relic or Datadog; analyze logs for errors or bottlenecks that impact user experience; implement solutions based on findings to improve overall system efficiency and reliability.
