Requirements
• Hands-on Kubernetes Administrator experience, including ArgoCD and Helm. • Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code development. • Experience supporting complex, distributed SaaS platforms. • Proven expertise with AWS cloud services; AWS certifications are a strong plus. • Experience integrating AI-driven automation tools—such as automated runbooks, AI-assisted monitoring, AIOps platforms, or automated incident response workflows. • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, rule engines, or cloud-native automation services (e.g., AWS Step Functions, Bedrock Agents, Lambda) is a plus. • Strong understanding of platform security, IAM, and best practices around securing automation pipelines. • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP). • Solution Architect Professional and/or Kubernetes certifications are highly desirable. • Why Join PerfectServe?At PerfectServe, we are transforming healthcare communication and collaboration to help clinicians deliver better care.
