Responsibilities
• Build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, health professionals, and engineers. • Ensure security of sensitive health data within our systems against threats. • Improve hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, scalability, multi-cloud architecture as part of Infrastructure enablement. • Facilitate authentication, encryption, threat protection for compliance purposes in Security and Compliance facilitation. • Set up local development environment, monorepo tooling, observability tools, assist with tech stack evolution to enhance developer productivity. • Unify design system and accessibility efforts under Design and Development unification. • Implement AI-assisted engineering enablement such as agentic development practices or code assistants using MCP servers for the Engineering team at Alan.
