Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field along with 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and support along with experience in Agile SCRUM delivery environments • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and proficiency with version control systems such as BitBucket • Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization along with a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices within Dynamics 365 • Strong experience in C# and .NET for developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Competence in SQL Server database management and optimization • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure services • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to liaise across technical and business teams. • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices in Dynamics 365 development and configuration • Maintain high standards of system performance, security, and compliance and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the Dynamics ecosystem
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications aligned with best practices • Build and maintain Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI reports) • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Azure-based services • Monitor CRM performance and proactively resolve operational issues • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM applications • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions • Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases supporting Dynamics environments • Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Dynamics ecosystem
