• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask to handle web requests efficiently. • Design scalable database schemas that ensure data integrity and optimize query performance for large datasets. • Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth, JWTs (JSON Web Tokens), etc., ensuring secure access control within the application's backend services. • Integrate third-party APIs to extend functionality of our applications where necessary while maintaining security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations. • Monitor system performance using tools like New Relic or Datadog, identify bottlenecks in real time, and optimize code for better efficiency without compromising on the quality standards set by Smart Working Solutions. • Write clean, well-documented Python code that adheres to PEP 8 coding conventions while ensuring maintainability of complex systems over long periods with minimal downtime during updates or maintenance activities. • Collaborate closely with frontend developers and other team members in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through regular stand-ups, code reviews, pair programming sessions to ensure seamless integration between different components of our web applications. • Stay updated on emerging Python frameworks, libraries, tools for backend development that can enhance productivity or improve system performance and report findings back to the team regularly with potential implementation strategies in mind. • Participate actively in code repository management by committing changes frequently while ensuring proper version control practices are followed using Git/GitHub as our primary source control tool, including writing clear commit messages that describe what was changed and why it's necessary for the project to progress forward smoothly without any disruin. • Provide technical support when required during peak times or in case of system outages by troubleshooting issues quickly while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure, ensuring minimal impact on end users experience with our web applications and services provided through Smart Working Solutions platform. • Attend regular training sessions to keep skills up-to-date as per industry standards in Python programming language along with backend development best practices for handling complex data processing tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of security against potential cyber threats or attacks on our systems infrastructure at all times when working remotely from home environments across different time zones globally. • Communicate effectively using email, instant messaging platforms like Slack/Teams etc., and video conferencing tools such as Zoom/Skype during team meetings with other engineers within Smart Working Solutions organization based out of India or abroad while ensuring timely delivery on project milestones without compromising quality standards set by senior management. • Contribute actively towards continuous improvement processes through providing constructive feedback after completing assigned tasks/projects alongwith suggesting areas where further enhanc
