Responsibilities
• Developing scalable data pipelines for efficient processing of large datasets. • Implementing robust ETL processes and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance in the system design. • Designing a flexible schema that allows easy integration with various sources and formats while maintaining performance standards. • Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting data pipelines to ensure smooth operation of systems under varying loads. • Collaborating closely with business analysts to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for the pipeline design. • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations regarding data privacy and security throughout all stages of handling sensitive information. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in big data technologies, and emerging tools to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
