Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor working in software development, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. • Expertise in .NET and/or Java (Spring Boot experience a major plus). • Experience with React, Angular, or other modern javascript frameworks. • Experience writing and documenting public & private APIs. • Experience with Amazon Web Services and Infrastructure as Code. • Experience with Relational Databases such as MySQL, Postgres, etc. • Alternative datastores such as OpenSearch, Redshift, etc. are a major plus. • Strong understanding of web development frameworks and architectures. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and their security considerations.
Responsibilities
• Software Design & Architecture: • Produce clear architectural diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans. • Follow company architectural guidelines and industry best practices for software development as Software as a Service or on-premises solutions. • Software Development: • Write code across the entire stack (front-end, backend, database). • Write meaningful automated tests including Unit Tests, integration tests, and functional automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc. • Collaboration and Support: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer success. • Qualifications (not responsibilities): • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor working in software development within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. • Expertise in .NET and/or Java (Spring Boot) is preferred. • Familiarity with React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks is a major plus. • Experience writing and documenting public & private APIs required. • Experience with Amazon Web Services and Infrastructure as Code highly desired. • Proficiency in Relational Databases such as MySQL, Postgres; alternative datastores like OpenSearch, Redshift are considered an advantage. • Strong understanding of web development frameworks and architectures is essential. • Excellent problem-solving skills for independent work in a remote environment required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively across teams.
