Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. • You bring 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a dedicated L&D role at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment. • You are eager to support broader People Operations tasks and understand how L&D fits into the overall employee lifecycle. • You are a confident communicator who can lead engaging sessions for both remote and in-office teams. • Your operational rigor and attention to detail are off the charts. • You enjoy the challenge of building programs from the ground up and utilizing every tool at your disposal to solve problems. • You are passionate about helping people grow and believe that a culture of continuous learning is vital to our success. • You have meaningful experience using AI, including Gemini, for learning and development purposes, and understand its impact on scalable enablement.

Responsibilities

• Developing a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with business objectives to drive growth and innovation within the company. • Designing and delivering training programs for new hire onboarding, manager training, company-wide enablement, leadership development, compliance or operational training, external vendor-led programs across various formats such as live workshops, asynchronous courses, written playbooks or guides, LMS-based training. • Facilitating and delivering engaging learning content to both remote and in-person audiences while ensuring the effectiveness of each session through active participation monitoring and feedback collection. • Supporting broader People Operations initiatives by providing insights into best practices for talent development, succession planning, performance management systems integration with L&D efforts when necessary. • Managing or scaling learning programs using various tools/systems to ensure efficient delivery of content across the organization while maintaining data security and privacy standards as per company policies.
