Requirements

Responsibilities
• Debug and resolve customer issues by analyzing logs, querying APIs, and reviewing dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools like Grafana • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the resolution process, keeping them informed and confident • Write and maintain runbooks for critical and recurring issues • Identify patterns and build automations or fixes to eliminate repeat problems • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and represent customer needs • Contribute to improving support processes and tooling
