Requirements
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless) • A solid understanding of API-first architectures and distributed systems • Experience with Python / FastAPI for automation or data services (bonus) • A proven ability to build clean, scalable, production-ready web and API systems • Curiosity about automation, AI-driven operations, and property technology • A strong execution mindset — you ship fast, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems
Responsibilities
• Design API-First Systems to architect robust APIs connecting Base360.ai with internal tools and external partners. • Build event-driven services and automated workflows that eliminate manual operations across the business. • Develop fast, reliable, scalable web applications and APIs for bookings, payments, availability, and guest experiences on The Flex platform. • Deliver high-impact integrations with partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio to connect the ecosystem. • Ship and maintain serverless infrastructure optimized for speed, resilience, and global scale using AWS services like Lambda functions or API Gateway. • Solve real problems related to booking synchronization, pricing intelligence, keyless access logic, AI-powered alerts, and live operational dashboards through automation and data analysis techniques.
