Tech Manager, DevOps

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • Experience: 14+ years in AWS DevOps, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD). • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). • Understanding of security best practices and compliance • Experience with Kubernetes security (RBAC, network policies). (Good to have) • Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices (Good to have) • Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd). (Good to have) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum(Good to have) • Strong problem-solving and decision-making • Excellent communication and collaboration • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced • Passion for continuous learning and • What’s in it for you? • Enjoy NICE-FLEX! • Enjoy NICE-FLEX! • At NICE, we work according to the NICE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
