Requirements
• BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering, or similar • 3+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience • Professional experience in Python and SQL • Cloud computing experience (AWS preferably) • Demonstrable knowledge of software development fundamentals and experience across the software development lifecycle • A delivery focused mindset • A passion and excitement about healthcare’s unique challenges and opportunities • Nice-to-Haves • Data platforms, data pipelines, or comparable services • Data Warehousing (Amazon Redshift preferably) • Scheduling/orchestration technologies such as Prefect or Airflow • BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Quicksight/SuperSet etc)
Responsibilities
• Support Machine Learning’s efforts to train in-house models via custom data pipeline development. • Contribute directly to product development through the creation of in-app dashboarding features. • Develop core Data Platform infrastructure and tooling for Analytics and Data Science efforts. • Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Core Platform Engineering, Machine Learning, Customer Engagement (and potentially others not explicitly mentioned). • Attend office meetings every Wednesday in the South San Francisco location or participate in co-working days at our NYC team's Bay Area presence.

However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description. • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
