Requirements
• Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong, consultative customer relationships • Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail • Problem solver who can proactively address client challenges proactively and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth implementation process. • Ability to become an industry expert through working with clients, consulting with experts on our team, and independent learning • Valid U.S. driver’s license • Comfortable with travel • At maximum: 1-2x a month, 1-3 days at a time • Familiarity with or experience in paint and hardware, building materials, construction supply, or related industries. • Comfortable adapting to a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and new challenges arise regularly. • Experience driving change with customers adopting new workflows or systems.
Responsibilities
• Oversee project implementation within Sales & Marketing department to ensure successful execution aligned with business goals. • Develop strategies for effective team management in a remote setting and foster collaboration among Dooers across different locations. • Monitor progress of projects, provide regular updates on status reports, and address any issues or roadblocks promptly. • Coordinate closely with other department heads to ensure seamless integration between various initiatives within the Sales & Marketing division. • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in order to inform implementation strategies for projects under management. • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings or virtual check-ins as needed. • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards set by the company. • Provide guidance to Dooers in their professional development goals related to implementation skills and knowledge enhancement.
